How do I install the towel rack?+

The rack supports two mounting options — plug-in (standard outlet) or hidden-wire. A positioning template, wall anchors, and all necessary hardware are included. One person can complete the installation without an electrician.

Is it safe to use in a bathroom?+

Yes. The rack is IPX4 Splash-Resistant, designed for regular bathroom use. For safety, install the lowest bar at least 1.5 meters (5 feet) above the floor.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?+

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How long does the warranty last?+

Every NALRZKH towel rack comes with a 1-year warranty.

How do I set the temperature and timer?+

Press the Temperature button to switch between 104°F / 122°F / 140°F. Press Timing to set 1–24 hours. The LED display shows your current settings.

Do you support Amazon orders?+

Does it work with a standard US outlet?+

Yes. It runs on 120V with a 1.2m (4ft) power cord — plug it into any standard US outlet.
